so where have i been... I have been here working owrking on th wedding getting the house we just moved into broken into. yeah they broken in stole all of our small electronics including our lapto the game systems and my cameras. i am working on a pc with a busted lcd screen right now so i can only see parts of what I am typing so i do apologie for my absence attitude and typos.

since i am on my soap box people let me advise you of things that you should not say to your insurance agent...
a) i pay your salary... no your 600 dollar premium doesnt even pay 2 weeks of pay for me lets not use this threat i am going to put you on mute tell me co workers and not take you seriously for the rest of the call...
b)but i didnt get a letter for my bill.... excuse me you know your bill is due the exact same day each month, once again i am not going to take care of you if you wont own up to the fact that oops you missed a payment you are adult its okay we arent going to kill you for it.
c) don call me little girl dont cuss at me dont yell at me... i will take my sweet time when you ask for a supervisor who will still in the end tell you tuff shit and then let your fucken policy cancel... just to let you know.
but however if you are nice to me.... i will attempt to move heaven and the stars for you I will give you first class service and make you feel like you are the only customer that i have for the whole day.
